The staff of Antioch have a passion for raising up people with a solid understanding of biblical principles and the ways of God. We desire to go deeper in our relationship with God and to love Him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. We do this by examining and learning from the Word of God together, serving the Lord by serving others and sharing the saving knowledge of Jesus with people. We value worship, prayer, evangelism, discipleship, and service as a part of the schools.

Our schools are divided into three parts: Biblical and Character Development, Ministry Foundations and Internship. We use training resources and speakers who practise the principles they teach. These include teaching videos from church leaders, church staff, current church planters and guest speakers from other ministries.

The schools are lead by staff with years of experience in training and developing believers in the Lord and with planting churches globally.
